The Aotearoa Digital Arts Annual General Meeting (ADA AGM) will take place on
Thursday, 28 June 2018, 7pm NZDT.
This is an invitation for anyone in the community to attend – we’d love to see you you there.
How can you attend?

View the live stream on YouTube, see below if you’d like to participate in person.
We are using Jitsi Meet, an open source video conferencing system. It is very easy to use.
To join the meeting on a PC or laptop:
- Visit: https://meet.jit.si/AotearoaDigitalArtsNetwork
- Your web browser will ask you to allow Jitsi to access your camera and microphone. Click Allow.
- You are now in the meeting. You can use the buttons at the bottom of the window to mute, comment etc.
To join the meeting on your phone or tablet:
- Install the app: iOS, Android.
- Enter meeting name: AotearoaDigitalArtsNetwork or
- Click this link: https://meet.jit.si/AotearoaDigitalArtsNetwork
- Allow the app to use your camera and microphone.
- You are now in the meeting.
Call in by phone
If you are not in Aotearoa and you would like to attend the meeting via a voice call, you may be able to connect using one of these numbers.
